Cancellations

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that appointment is available for others. Changes or cancellations with less than 12 hrs notice may incur a fee.

Terms of Trade

Payments can be made by cash, eftpos or credit card .

Payment is due on the day of service unless by prior arrangement. Overdue accounts may incur a late-payment fee of $8. If an account remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, it may be referred to a debt collection agency and will incur a collection fee.
